Job Title: Architectural Drafter

Job Description

Develop detailed drawings and plans for precast concrete components, including walls, beams, columns, and panels. Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure designs meet project specifications and industry standards. Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to create accurate precast concrete shop drawings. Utilize CAD software to produce high-quality, precise drawings. Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Coordinate with project managers and production teams to address any design issues or modifications. Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions. Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports. Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience with construction documents
• Associates in Design or Drafting
• 2 years of experience

Work Environment

You will work in a collaborative environment, using advanced CAD software to produce detailed and precise drawings. The role involves coordinating with various teams, including engineers, architects, project managers, and production teams. Attendance at project meetings and providing technical support as needed are also integral parts of the job. The work environment is dynamic and requires maintaining accurate records of all drawings and revisions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48000.00 - $64000.00
