Job Title: Architectural Drafter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter to join our team. In this role, you will draft in Revit for both commercial and agricultural projects, generate architectural and structural plans, attend project meetings, and collaborate closely with architects and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Draft architectural and structural plans using Revit for commercial and agricultural projects.
• Generate detailed construction documents.
• Attend and actively participate in project meetings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Strong architectural drafting skills.
• Experience in generating construction documents.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associate's degree in architectural drafting or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Revit.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position requiring attendance every day. The team works 45 hours per week, with the office opening at 6 AM to provide flexibility with start times. The team consists of 10 members, including a VP of Engineering, 2 architects, 2 engineers, and 5 drafters. The company offers a small company feel with a flat organizational structure, allowing for close interaction with all leaders.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00
