What are the responsibilities and job description for the Architectural Intern - Now Hiring position at Actalent?
Description:
- Candidate will be supporting a variety of projects, but will mainly be focused on an array of car dealership, animal hospital/veterinarian, and single-family/multifamily residential projects.
- They will work on projects from preliminary design through construction administration
- Will be running projects independently from start to finish and will still be expected to produce full sets of construction documents in Revit and AutoCAD
- Will work on building codes and permitting requirements for projects.
- Will create renderings, 3D models and marketing/client presentations.
- Will mentor junior level team members when needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related degree
- Licensure preferred, or on track towards licensure
- 2 or more years of experience working at a traditional architecture firm
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit is a plus
- Needs to be able to work on multiple projects at a time
