Job Title : Associate Director, Clinical Data Management
This position would be Hybrid in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Clinical Data Management to define and lead our data management strategy. Reporting to the Sr. Director, this pivotal role will oversee the start-up and execution of multiple, complex trials in collaboration with a Contract Research Organization (CRO), while supporting upcoming submissions. As a key figure in our data management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily data management and vendor oversight activities across multiple clinical trials. This role is a blend of hands-on work and vendor management, wherein you will be one of two data managers handling a Phase III study this year, with two additional studies planned for 2025.

Work Site

With a team skilled in antibody discovery and engineering, we have established a robust pipeline of unique investigational therapeutic candidates aimed at well-validated targets. Ideal candidates are based in Boston and can commit to working on-site three days a week. However, exceptional candidates based in the EST time zone and capable of performing this job remotely will also be considered.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00 / hr.
