AWS Alliance Leader

Actalent Services is hiring an AWS Alliance Leader with prior experience building out and owning AWS/professional services partnerships for a permanent leadership offering remote flexibility and career growth potential. The AWS Alliance Leader will serve in a foundational role overseeing Actalent's current AWS Alliance Program including strategy, build and growth. This requires an experience Alliance leader from a mid-size professional services organization with strong knowledge of the AWS landscape. This individual will also partner internally in advising and aligning Actalent's Business Development and internal Software Engineering Practice Leaders to properly support and delivery on business targets.

This role is open to qualified candidates located throughout continental United States.

Essential Functions

• Advise, build and lead Actalent's Channel Partner Program that includes working cross-functionally to set strategy, securing alignment and investments, drive roadmap deliverables, and create scalable processes
• Enhance Actalent's current Engineering Services differentiation and positioning within AWS ecosystem
• Advise Actalent's Global Software Practice to enhance capabilities to position for long term AWS revenue growth
• Lead AWS strategic planning for partnership
• Grow, maintain and deepen regional relationships within AWS Sales and Partner Organization
• Ensure practice alignment and organizational mapping across sales and technical teams to optimize greatest areas of value in AWS organization
• Drive comprehensive AWS partner roadmap in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Incorporate new AWS solutions, IP, and capabilities into existing offerings (i.e. productized offerings and service catalog)
• Collaborate with AWS sales and practice leadership to identify gaps and opportunities within partnership
• Create go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Actalent Services Sales Leadership as well as the AWS partner sales organization
• Identify, prioritize, and implement meaningful joint marketing campaigns
• Work closely with Actalent executive leadership to develop and align AWS strategies across industry verticals
• Oversee and provide accountability for AWS partner network portal administration
• Ensure AWS partnership compliance and objective that Actalent Services maintains good standing
• Achieve annual AWS revenue generation and growth target

Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience working with global enterprise-scale organizations
• Minimum 5 years of alliance management and/or channel development experience with proven success building and managing strategic partnerships with leading cloud providers
• Established network of contacts and relationships across a diverse range of roles and levels within AWS sales and partner organizations
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience working with and/or for professional services and channel partnership organizations
• Sales enablement capabilities with proven track record of advising, driving and managing sales and sales team engagement
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with deep understanding of business concepts, ability to identify solutions to optimize workflow and offer consultative sales experience to AWS partner managers
• Experience developing, managing and administering service agreements
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interface and occasionally present to executive or c-suite level leaders

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $200000.00
