Actalent Healthcare is seeking a skilled bilingual back-office medical assistant to support a fast-paced clinic in Irving, TX.
Your Role:
As a back-office medical assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care by performing key responsibilities, including:
- Measuring and recording vitals
- Rooming patients and obtaining their records
- Assisting physicians during procedures
- Managing patient inquiries over the phone
- Documenting information using EMR systems
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM—no weekends required!

What We’re Looking For:
- Medical Assistant Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Bilingual proficiency (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- At least 2 years of medical assistant experience
- Expertise in both front and back-office duties

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
