Job Title: Bilingual Medical Assistant

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for visits
• Prepare rooms with necessary materials and replenish inventory as needed
• Room patients and take vitals, medical history, social history, blood pressure, and EKG
• Assist physician with in-office visits
• Chart intake information into EHR
• Notify patients of procedure results
• Assist with other clinic duties as assigned
• Perform light clerical responsibilities, including checking patients in and out

Essential Skills

• Certified Medical Assistant
• 2 years of experience as a medical assistant in a clinical/medical environment
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Work Environment

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekend shifts. The environment requires someone who can multitask and is comfortable working in various areas of the clinic.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
