Job Title: BIM Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our growing team. As an electrical contractor, we work on a variety of projects including data centers, mixed-use, and multifamily developments. We have recently secured several large data center projects in the local area and are looking to expand our BIM department. The Electrical BIM Coordinator will be responsible for electrical design, coordinating clash detections, interacting with project managers and installers, and producing construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical design tasks.
• Coordinate clash detection processes.
• Interact with project managers and installers.
• Produce electrical construction documents.
• Create and manipulate Revit families and assemblies.
• Utilize Revit and Navisworks for modeling and drafting.

Essential Skills

• 3-10 years of experience in the BIM industry or with an electrical contractor.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in NEC codes.
• Experience with Revit 3D modeling of electrical systems.
• Familiarity with fabrication and detailing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in creating electrical construction documents.
• Experience working on large data centers is a plus.

Work Environment

The role operates on a mostly 8-5 schedule with a hybrid work arrangement. The primary focus is on the design and coordination of electrical systems, with little to no field work required. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
