Job Title: BIM Technician

Job Description

Candidate will be managing 3D and 2D models of electrical systems for large-scale construction projects. They will be in charge of model population, clash detection, and model extraction.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3D and 2D models of electrical systems for large-scale construction projects.
• Populate models with necessary data and details.
• Conduct clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts within models.
• Extract and analyze models for project planning and execution.

Essential Skills

• Experience with Revit
• Experience with Navisworks or BIM 360
• Experience in BIM
• Proficiency in electrical modeling
• Knowledge of construction and architectural design principles

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience with blueprint reading and drafting
• Knowledge of Revit MEP
• Strong design and drafting skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
