Plant Physiology & Molecular Biology

Job Description

We are seeking a highly talented and enthusiastic biologist with a keen interest in plant physiology, cell culture, in vitro assays, molecular biology, and controlled environment and greenhouse management. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to innovative research in plant biology.

Responsibilities

• Handle the growth and maintenance of various crops in controlled environments such as growth chambers, greenhouses, and in the laboratory.
• Assist in the execution and documentation of experiments.
• Interpret experimental results and contribute to data analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to design and execute scientific experiments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of experiments and findings.
• Communicate experimental results and progress to team members and stakeholders.

Work Environment

The work environment includes both laboratory and controlled growth environments, such as growth chambers and greenhouses. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to collaborative teamwork. The position offers a stimulating and supportive atmosphere for conducting cutting-edge research in plant biology.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
