Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of clinical research, including patient coordination, chart reviews, and utilizing electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical research patients.
• Conduct thorough chart reviews.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for patient data management.
• Pre-screen patients for clinical trials.
• Perform duties as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Clinical Research Coordinator as needed.
• Conduct phone screenings for potential study participants.
• Send appointment reminders to patients.
• Schedule appointments for clinical research activities.
• Process media referrals.
• Retrieve and manage medical records.

Essential Skills

• Experience with chart review.
• Proficiency in phone screening.
• Ability to send appointment reminders.
• Competence in appointment scheduling.
• Skill in processing media referrals.
• Experience with medical record retrieval.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.

Work Environment

Onsite 5x a week in the Longwood area.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
