Hiring a Part-Time Bioprocess, Sales Consultant

We are seeking a results-driven Part-Time Sales Representative to join our team. This position offers flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities to significantly impact our company's growth. Great way to earn extra income after standard working hours. Average of 5 hours per week. Looking for someone local to the Bay Area and an understanding of bioprocessing companies in the bay.

MUST HAVE: Sales experience in addition to biomanufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients in the life sciences and biotechnology sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Present bioprocessing services in a clear, compelling manner.
• Collaborate with the team to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Maintain an organized CRM database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
• Provide regular updates on sales progress and client feedback to leadership.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience within the biomanufacturing industry, specifically fermentation and cell culture.
• 5–10 years of experience in biomanufacturing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.

Work Environment

My client specializes in advanced fermentation and cell culture bioprocessing services, supporting startups and companies through every stage of their journey, from media development to small-scale manufacturing (500mL to 5L). The role is remote with flexible hours, working 5–10 hours per two weeks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00
