Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Key responsibilities:

• Review Purchase Requisitions for CAPEX Projects.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors.
• Obtain Order Confirmations from vendors.
• Resolve issues related to orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Communicate with suppliers about order status.
• Close out purchase orders at project end.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships.
• Expedite orders as needed.
• Manage AP inquiries for PO/Invoice assistance.
• Schedule meetings with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Track equipment orders using the PMP or CAPEX Equipment Tracker.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Facilitate issuance of Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDA).
• Assemble and issue RFPs/Tenders and commercial agreements.
• Support internal cross-functional stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in large to medium CAPEX project procurement.
• Knowledge of Operational Procurement and Requisition-to-Purchase processes.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP and SharePoint.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to varying workloads and prioritize business needs.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
