What You'll Do:
As a Lab Technician, you will be at the forefront of innovative projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Juggling multiple projects with precision while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Utilizing principles of Color Measurement Technology and Materials Science to develop groundbreaking solutions.
- Designing and conducting experiments that address complex challenges.
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of your findings and procedures.
- Leveraging your computer skills (especially in Excel, MS Word, and Photoshop) to enhance our workflows. Experience with Color Measurement and Communication software is a plus.
- Performing essential laboratory techniques with meticulous attention to detail in bench-top procedures.

We seek individuals who possess the following essential skills and attributes:
- Strong lab etiquette and basic knowledge of chemical engineering (color customization is ideal but not mandatory).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for experimentation.
- Extraordinary attention to detail for meticulous record-keeping and documentation.
- Efficiency in multi-tasking and managing time-sensitive projects.
- Normal color vision and proficiency in essential computer applications.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Historic Preservation, or a related field.
- Experience with Color Measurement and Communication software is a bonus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
