Job Description
The Chemist will also organize, document, and update data regularly, and perform wet chemistry and calibration on viscometers, pH, and resistivity meters. The position requires some lifting and moving of equipment up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Support reformulation work.
- Conduct application testing and properties analyses.
- Organize, document, and update data regularly.
- Perform wet chemistry and calibration on viscometers, pH, and resistivity meters.
- Lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Work cross functionally with different departments.
- Proactively seek opportunities to assist colleagues and contribute to team objectives during periods of low activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Experience with titration, pH measurement, viscometers, and resistivity meters.
- Ability to work proactively with strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problem solving skills
- Leadership skills including the ability to engage others and seek help when needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
