Civil CAD Designer Opportunity

Job Description

This individual will be responsible for creating civil designs for residential development projects. These projects are typically provided for a developer or home builder. The designer will be responsible for grading, paving, and water, sewer, utility design for new construction projects. These projects start from a green field and go through the platting and construction phase of the community. Primarily will be supporting single family development design.

Responsibilities

• Create civil designs for residential development projects.
• Design grading, paving, and water, sewer, utility systems for new construction.
• Support single family development design from green field to construction phase.
• Coordinate with engineers for assistance with necessary calculations.

Essential Skills

• 5 years of experience in Civil Design within either residential or commercial land development.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Ability to manage design projects from start to finish.

Work Environment

The position is primarily office-based, with the entire residential team working together.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00/hr.
