Job Title: Civil Design Engineer (EIT)

Job Description

We are seeking an emerging Civil Land Development Engineer with a combination of design, engineering, and project management skills to join our team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work on the developer side, providing a preferred environment for many civil engineers and designers.

Responsibilities

• Civil 3D design of land development projects
• Storm water design
• Grading design
• Drainage design
• Utility modeling
• Project management
• Community engagement
• Due diligence and feasibility analysis

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Civil 3D
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Knowledge of land development and site development projects
• Civil engineering experience
• Stormwater and drainage design experience
• Project management skills
• Grading design experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2 or 4-year degree in Civil Engineering
• EIT (Engineer in Training) or Professional Engineer certification
• Experience with site design and civil site projects

Work Environment

You will be working in a brand new office located in N. Hills, offering a modern and collaborative workspace. This environment is highly sought after and is a preferred destination for many civil engineers and designers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
