Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level Civil Engineer who is capable of working well in both team settings and independently. The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and will initially manage 3-4 projects, with the potential to handle 10-15 active projects simultaneously. Our company has multiple offices, with each office hosting multiple small teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop civil engineering projects focused on land development.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for project designs.
- Manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with a team of 3-4 people, including a project manager, landscape architect, and project designer.
- Prepare and review engineering plans and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide project management support as needed.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in civil engineering.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work Environment
The position is based in an office environment with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. You will work closely with a small team of dedicated professionals.
