Job Title: Civil Drafter

Job Description

A civil consulting company based out of Federal Way is seeking a Civil Drafter to support the large-scale development of communities, residential land development, and commercial projects in the Puget Sound area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in drafting, preferably in civil land development, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Experience with Civil 3D is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support large development projects for communities, residential land development, and commercial projects.
• Create and manage detailed civil designs and site layouts using AutoCAD.
• Assist with grading, stormwater management, and drainage design.
• Collaborate on site development and residential subdivision projects.
• Review and implement redline corrections.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of civil drafting experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with grading and utilities design.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Civil 3D is a plus.
• Associates Degree preferred but not required.

Work Environment

This position is based out of the Federal Way office, with some flexibility for remote work. The team prefers in-office collaboration but could potentially work towards a hybrid model with 2 days at home. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
