Job Title: Professional Civil Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Professional Civil Engineer to join our team. This role involves working with cities, municipalities, counties, or in civil land development/subdivision development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with industry-standard tools and technologies. Responsibilities

• Develop Civil Plan sheets and calculations throughout the planning, design, and construction phases of various projects.
• Coordinate and manage multiple work tasks and projects effectively.
• Provide timely and accurate status reports to supervisors and project team members on a regular basis.
• Review and ensure the quality of work before issuing formal documents.
• Meet or exceed project deliverable timelines.
• Accurately and promptly complete project time sheets, accounting for time spent on each project.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in creating and modifying AutoCAD Civil 3D files.
• Capable of producing a full set of civil construction documents.
• Effective verbal and graphic communication skills.
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills.
• Excellent time management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Holds a current Professional Engineering license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience working with cities, municipalities, counties, or in civil land development/subdivision is highly preferred.

Work Environment

Work out of Plano or Crossroads. Smaller office environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
