Job Description
- Controlling major elements of design and dessimenting designs to junior people, managing them
- Client meetings
- Managing sub consultants that are their responsibilities
- Mentoring - mentor program assign to junior engineers and meet weekly to go over complex projects
Qualifications
- inroads experience
- Civil 3D experience
- Highway design, Grading, & Drainage experience
- Professional engineer preferred
- MicroStation
- AutoCAD
- Site development experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $170000.00
yearly reviews are in july and raises. bonuses every year - 2 sets - everyone gets one and associates program. 401k with 50 percent match up to 4 percent. private company/employee owned. committee that decides who they want to offer shares in the firm.
