Job Description

We are an engineering and environmental consulting firm in the Twin Cities, specializing in a range of exciting projects including green infrastructure, renewable energy, park development, ecosystem restoration, water resources, and redevelopment. As a smaller company, we primarily work on projects in Minnesota, with occasional assignments in surrounding states.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain client project opportunities.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Civil 3D
• Experience in water resources

• AutoCAD
• Design expertise

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in civil site design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Work Environment

This is a tight-knit work environment where employees enjoy a high tenure and love collaborating on unique projects. The team often participates in camping and fishing trips, as well as volunteering together. Initially, candidates are expected to be on-site 4-5 days a week for the first few months. As they gain more experience, they will enjoy increased flexibility, with most staff currently working on-site 2-3 days per week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

The candidate will be eligible to sign up for the clients benefits once they accept the offer and proceed.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Saint Paul,MN.
