Civil Engineer | On-site | Contract to Hire
Well-known, multi-office civil consulting firm in downtown Seattle is looking to add a Land Development Engineer to their team!
Job Description:
- You will be experienced in conception and preparation of construction plans, design and techincal executions' of site layouts, grading, and stormwater.
- You will have experience specific to the site development for commercial, retail, institutional, government, and industrial projects.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and EIT/PE license is required.
Skills: Civil 3D | Land Development | Stormwater, Design | Drainage & Grading | Drafting
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in civil engineering
- EIT at minimum, PE preferred
- 3 years of experience in civil design for land development
- Experience with conceptual plans, preparing construction plans, and providing technical tasks during design and construction
- Proficient in Civil 3D
Experience Level:
- Intermediate Level
