Job Title: Civil Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering and be proficient in using Civil 3D software. This role requires an experienced civil engineer who may already be licensed or on their way to licensure with a commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
- Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Use Civil 3D software to create and modify project designs.
- Coordinate with other engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure project success.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction.
- Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects effectively.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Civil 3D software.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with project management.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Environment
The Civil Engineer will work in a collaborative and dynamic environment. The role may involve both office and field work, requiring site visits and inspections. Standard work hours apply, with some flexibility based on project needs. The dress code is business casual, with appropriate safety gear required for site visit
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00
