**Clinical Research Financial Coordinator**
We are seeking a Clinical Research Financial Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transcribing MCA and Budget into the template, managing submissions within the CS-RAMS financial module, and collaborating with regulatory and leadership teams to monitor submission status. You will prepare weekly status reports, ensure prompt handling of email management, coverage analysis, payment processing, and reimbursements. Your role will be pivotal in fostering positive relationships with patients through timely and accurate payments, maintaining patient engagement and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Transcribe MCA and Budget into the template.
- Work within CS-RAMS to submit new studies and amendments, partnering with regulatory for document support.
- Check CS-RAMS messaging, answer questions, and collaborate with regulatory and leadership to monitor submission status.
- Prepare weekly status reports on study submission/action items and estimated completion times for meetings with the PI.
- Handle financial support and regulatory support management tasks as needed.
- Ensure prompt email management, coverage analysis submissions, and payment processing in line with SOPs.
- Research patient visits, process reimbursements, and respond to requests to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Assist with various financial responsibilities as delegated, including managing general email inboxes, processing patient reimbursement requests, and managing payment confirmations.
- Respond to sponsor requests and research patient visits in the EMR system to facilitate reimbursement.
Essential Skills
- Experience in clinical trials and clinical research.
- Proficiency in data entry.
- Experience with oncology studies.
- Familiarity with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice.
- Experience with Biomedical Investigators and Key Personnel.
- Understanding of Biomedical Responsible Conduct of Research.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Advarra and WIRB.
- Experience with Oncore CTMS.
- Experience with Florence.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of Conflicts of Interest.
Work Environment
This role operates during normal business hours in a fast-paced environment requiring high attention to detail.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
