Clinical Research Nurse (Contract Position)
Contract Duration: Short-term contract (expected to be 4 weeks)
Job Type: 30-40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) - during normal business hours

Job Description:
We are seeking an onsite Clinical Research Nurse (CRN) with experience in clinical research to support an ongoing clinical trial. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently. As the position and study progress, additional responsibilities may be assigned. The candidate must be flexible and willing to assist with various tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pediatric Blood Draws: Perform blood draws on pediatric participants as required by the study protocol
- Medical Record Review: Conduct thorough reviews of patient medical records.
- Participant Screening: Perform phone screenings or prescreen participants for eligibility.
- Informed Consent: Obtain informed consent from trial participants.
- Medical Record Retrieval: Obtain necessary medical records for the study.
- Scheduling: Arrange in-patient visits and follow-up appointments, and send reminders.
- General Support: Assist with any other study-related efforts as deemed necessary by the site.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Clinical Research Nurse OR Registered Nurse
- Active RN license in the state of NC
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
