Job Title: IIT Clinical Trial Associate

Job Description

This role will support Investigator Initiated Clinical Trials, working closely with Principal Investigators and Clinical Trial sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee internal decision-making review meetings for external funding.
• Facilitate the execution of grant agreements including input for contract negotiation.
• Manage external funding budgets across assigned therapeutic areas.
• Plan, track, and manage payments according to execution of contractual milestones.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills

• BS Degree
• 3-5 years of Clinical Research experience at a Sponsor or CRO
• Hands-on experience with Investigator Initiated Trials (IIT)
• Experience with budgets and contracts with sites for IIT

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of ICH, GCP, FDA regulations
• Project management skills
• Experience in clinical trial management

Work Environment

This position can be 100% remote or hybrid in Deerfield, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
