Job Title: Clinical Trials Coordinator

Job Description

Serve as the primary contact for ClinicalTrials.gov for ACTs within the Cancer Center's scope of trial management. Maintain a tracker to document the tasks assigned by the manager. Communicate with Principal Investigators, Clinical Operations Project Managers, Data Managers, and Statisticians to ensure trial registration is accurate. Collaborate with the study team to ensure all results data is provided for data entry. Aggregate all data needed to satisfy results reporting including but not limited to demographic data, AE and SAE data, and outcome measure data analysis, and enter this data into the system.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• Experience with ClinicalTrials.gov
• Knowledge of NIH guidelines
• Experience with investigator-initiated trials
• Oncology knowledge
• Understanding of IRB and regulatory requirements
• Clinical research experience
• Experience with clinical trials
• Familiarity with SOPs

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare-related field
• At least 1 year of experience working in the clinical research field OR 5 years of regulatory IRB experience

Work Environment

Remote flexible position, must be based in PA, NJ, or Delaware within a 2-hour radius of Philadelphia. Must sign an agreement to terms above and work from home expectations. Requires a designated working area in your home to be considered. Meetings in Philadelphia twice a year for team-building needs. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00
