Job Description
Provide clinical services to an assigned client caseload, including individual and family therapy through regular family contacts. Maintain client records, produce reports, and documentation for third-party billing and licensing/accreditation requirements. Complete reviews with insurance companies and perform all duties in accordance with established standards and deadlines.
Responsibilities

- Complete reviews with insurance companies and perform all duties in accordance with established standards and deadlines.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and families, including treatment planning, team and provider meetings, psychiatric reviews, and other team meetings as needed.
- Participate in developing and implementing ITP goals, objectives, and strategies with clients, families, and collaterals.
- Regularly monitor and assess client progress toward treatment goals.
- Schedule and facilitate treatment team meetings and case reviews as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with TT&S workers, TM, and other case collaterals regarding treatment and progress of assigned clients.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed in collaboration with TT&S workers, TM, and supervisor.
- Provide clinical oversight and informal supervision to TT&S workers or TM on assigned cases.
- Attend and participate in trainings and meetings as needed or assigned.
- Articulate in writing and verbally, theoretically informed case formulation, biopsychosocial assessments, and ITPs.
- Maintain and develop professional competency.
- Make use of supervision to refine knowledge and clinical skills.
- Provide on-call after-hours coverage as part of a rotating on-call schedule.
- If professionally licensed, maintain all professional licenses and certificates, including CANS.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s Degree required in Social Work or Psychology
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth
- Familiar with trauma-informed care
- Experience working with at-risk populations
- Knowledgeable in mental health and human development
- Must have own vehicle and proof of auto insurance
Work Environment
Work with children ages 8-18 in a residential group home setting. The group home is female-only, ages 13-18 (Greylock Program) with 9 beds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, 2 weeks PTO to start, 12 paid holidays, up to 5 weeks PTO after 10 years, and 55 cent mileage reimbursement.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
