Job Title: CMM Programmer

Job Description

Create and edit dimensional inspection programs for the CMM, both interactively and off-line. Develop program setup and execution documentation detailing preparation, part orientation, and operation instructions for other inspection personnel. Utilize working knowledge of blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. Conduct CMM inspections of various parts, gauges, and tooling as required. Perform surface plate inspections and hand-held gauge setup/calibration as needed. Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering personnel regarding part conformance and process capability.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• 3 years of CMM programming experience.
• Experience programming using PC DMIS software.
• Proficiency in T & the person CMMs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $43.00/hr.
