Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of concrete and masonry construction projects
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets
• Select appropriate materials and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with construction methodologies and building codes
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Utilize project management software and estimating tools
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a concrete and masonry project manager/estimator
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and building codes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72.16 - $84.13
