Job Description: This person will initially support a data center project in New Albany, OH
Responsibilities
- Identify and quantify all necessary concrete scope items.
- Collaborate in developing a bid strategy for projects.
- Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
- Perform job setups, including initial contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budget.
- Generate and manage correct and timely project information.
- Create preliminary project schedules.
- Perform organized and accurate project takeoffs.
- Collaborate with the Project Lead and other operational support to develop accurate project plans.
- Communicate information, solutions, and opportunities to the entire team as needed.
- Compile daily job cost reports to ensure costs and quantities align with the budget.
- Create change orders after understanding customer expectations.
- Execute detailed project closeouts.
Qualifications
- Construction Project Management experience
- Experience in Vertical Concrete construction
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Plain City,OH.
