Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

Job Description:

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to support our Waste Water Treatment Plant and Water Infrastructure Projects in Yarmouth, near Cape Cod. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, particularly in the water and wastewater sector, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the construction of waste water treatment plants and water infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on water and wastewater projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $73.00 - $97.00/hr.
