Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee drywall installation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, including financial reports and progress assessments.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with drywall contractors or General Contractors.
- Willingness to learn drywall construction.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Software including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
- A candidate with a list of clients is a significant bonus.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00
PTO, holiday, 401k, work in office and on site, working on constantly improving their benefits package as well
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Merrimack,NH.
