Job Title: Construction Quality Control Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager to oversee quality control for federal construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing quality control processes and ensuring compliance with federal standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee quality control processes on federal construction projects.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with federal standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality assurance.
• Prepare and submit quality control reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve quality control issues.

Essential Skills

• Current CQCM Certification
• 5 years of experience on Federal Construction Projects
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Proficiency in USACE standards and procedures
• Strong knowledge of quality control management in construction

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Exposure to SSHO/Superintendent roles is beneficial
• Ability to travel for projects as needed
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Work Environment

This position involves working on federal construction projects primarily located between VA and GA. The role offers a 12-month commitment with approximately 9 mini projects. Candidates should be open to traveling for work and willing to adapt to varying project requirements and environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
