Job Title: Construction Quality Control Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager to plan, coordinate, and implement a project-specific quality control program. This role involves executing performance according to contract specifications and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement a project-specific quality control program.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct quality control inspections and maintain detailed reports.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address quality issues.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control procedures.
• Utilize software such as Procore, Autodesk Build, and RMS/QCS for project management.

Essential Skills

• Five or more years of combined experience in the commercial construction industry as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer.
• Two years of experience as a Quality Control Manager.
• Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate.
• Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications (training can be provided).
• Proficiency in quality control management.
• Familiarity with software such as Procore, Autodesk Build, and RMS/QCS.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Specialty inspection training and licenses/certificates highly desired.
• LEED AP, AP or Green Associate (GA) Certificate preferred.
• RMS/QCS training preferred (training is available).

Work Environment

This role is based on project sites, where the Quality Control Manager will oversee and ensure quality standards are met. The work environment includes regular interactions with construction teams, project managers, and engineers, requiring the use of specific software tools and adherence to safety and quality protocols.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00
