My client is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their growing team. They are a full-service construction management firm that offers superior turnkey construction solutions for its clients across the nation. They have experienced tremendous success within the multi-family construction industry and growth since their inception. This position is an immediate need and looking for someone to work on a 100 unit project in New Jersey!

Job Description:

• Will be attending meetings with client & contractor
• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force
• Review and be familiar with the project budget and general conditions estimate
• Review and approve Trade Contractor Payment Applications with Project Manager
• Develop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with Project Manager and Clients and Contractors
• Conduct quality & safety inspections
• Coordinate site testing and inspection effort
• Manage schedules, including preparation of look ahead schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
• Prepare and submit Superintendent’s Daily Reports
• Participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings and conduct foreman’s meetings
• Review and assist in developing scopes of work for each subcontractor

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $62.00/hr.
