Job Title: Continuous Improvement Engineer

Job Description

Investigate, experiment, and make recommendations to implement processes to maximize efficiencies. Provide tactical coaching on Lean Methodology/Concepts and Continuous Improvement techniques, tools, and methods (Six Sigma). Create and maintain an environment of continuous improvement by actively managing projects to improve overall KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage production issues, yield performance analysis, and drive improvement plans.
• Manage continuous improvement events, waste reduction, improvement yields, 6S, standard work instruction development, and quality initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $58.00
