Job Title: Controls Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an individual with experience designing and integrating industrial automation solutions for various industries, including food processing, water/wastewater, mechanized machinery, and drive systems. The Project Engineer will have a unique opportunity to apply industrial automation across a range of industries.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to design custom control solutions for industrial machinery and process equipment.
• Lead execution of assigned projects.
• Write PLC programs.
• Develop HMI screens and SCADA solutions.
• Conduct factory system tests prior to shipment.
• Develop circuit diagrams using AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical.
• Select hardware and create bill of materials (BOM).
• Design panel layouts of hardware components.
• Travel to sites for inspection and system commissioning.
• Develop and improve engineering standards.
• Work independently and in project groups.
• Travel domestically and internationally.
• Provide project quotations and occasional customer sales calls.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $52.00/hr.
