Data Entry Pharmacy Technician
Job Description
- Accurately enter prescription information, patient details, and medication orders into the pharmacy's computer system.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of prescription information before entry.
- Maintain and update patient medication profiles and records.
- Communicate with healthcare providers and nursing staff to clarify prescription details and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in managing inventory by entering data related to medication stock levels and orders.
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing paperwork, and processing insurance claims.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations in handling and entering medication information.

Fulltime role Monday through Friday, 8 hour day shift!
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $22.00/hr.
