Job Title: Data Scientist

Job Description

You will work on mid to large scale data analysis projects across various domains such as development science and algorithm development. This data scientist will play an integral role in designing data collection strategy, development of data analysis tools, automation of reports, and integration of various tools into the existing data pipeline. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, developing custom data analysis tools and implementing data science techniques for analyzing and transforming data to build solutions that can transform people’s lives.

Responsibilities

• Design data collection strategies.
• Develop and validate data analysis tools.
• Automate reports and integrate various tools into the existing data pipeline.
• Collaborate with development science, clinical affairs, and algorithm development partner teams on the development, validation, and verification of various data analysis tools.

Essential Skills

• Master's Degree (Or Ph.D) in Statistics, Data Science, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Microbiology or related field.
• 5 years’ experience developing and validating large scale data analysis tools.
• 5 years experience wrangling, analyzing, and visualizing biological growth data (seaborn, plotly, matplotlib).
• Competence in signal processing, time series, and statistical analysis.
• 5 years of Python experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Life science/biopharma/medical device background.
• R experience.
• Familiarity with design controls (FDA 21 CFR 820 and ISO).
• Traditional ML/DL experience.
• Experience with Git/Github.

Work Environment

You will work onsite on mid to large scale data analysis projects in a fast-paced environment. This role involves collaborating with various teams and using technologies such as Python, seaborn, plotly, and matplotlib.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $65.00
