Title: Design Engineer
Location: Charlevoix, MI
Status: Full time
- Develop design and construction work packages for electrical overhead distribution systems for electric utility customers.
- Review work provided by client and assess requirements of the scopes.
- Field work information that will then be used to create designs used in the final electrical package,
- Responsible for doing a energy analysis to ensure the materials being selected meet the required usage of the site.
- May also help with potential permits needed for utility lines to cross roads, easements, private property, or orders to have certain trees cut down where the new lines will run
- Photos, measurements, design, BOM, and permits are completed the candidate will turn in the electrical construction package for approval.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
