Job Title: Downstream, Process Development Associate

Job Description

You will gain experience working in state-of-the-art laboratories and be a part of a team dedicated to testing, developing, and advancing life-saving drug products to make the world a healthier and happier place to live in.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab-scale downstream processing of products and process intermediates using AKTA chromatography.
• Conduct assays on products, process intermediates, and related experimental samples using biochemical/analytical tests.
• Prepare solutions and reagents using AKTA, XPLC, SDS Page, and PCR.
• Set up process equipment for lab-scale experiments.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency with AKTA chromatography systems.
• Experience with downstream purification techniques and instrumentation.
• Hands-on experience with XPLC, SDS Page, and PCR.
• 2 years of hands-on lab experience.
• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of biochemical assays.
• Experience with protein purification and process development.

Work Environment

You will work in a brand new, state-of-the-art laboratory, equipped with the latest technologies and equipment. The role involves working in a lab setting, performing various biochemical and analytical tests.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
