Job Title: Drafter

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Drafter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating electronic CAD files using the latest CAD software and AutoCAD. You will also take cut lists and translate them into CAD files, working closely with sales and customers to produce precise CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Create electronic CAD files using CAD software and AutoCAD.
• Generate CAD files from cut lists.
• Collaborate with sales and customers to create detailed CAD drawings.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience in architectural millwork, woodworking, cabinetry, and woodwork.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the architectural millwork or woodworking industry.

Work Environment

This role is based in an upstairs area adjacent to a wood shop. You will have a desk in an open area shared with three other drafters. The company is a small mill with 25 employees in the shop. Consultants can wear jeans and collared shirts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00
