Your Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing construction documents across multiple platforms, primarily focused on Revit. You will collaborate with project leads to develop plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and details. Your support will be crucial in all phases of architectural development, and you will ensure quality control on your work and others'.
What You'll Do:
- Create Construction Documents: Utilize AutoCAD and other platforms to produce detailed construction documents.
- Collaborate: Work closely with project leads to develop comprehensive plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and details.
- Support: Assist the studio team throughout all phases of architectural development.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards by providing quality control on work produced by yourself and others.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years of architectural experience, with a background in single-family, multifamily, and commercial projects.
- Building Codes Knowledge: Familiarity with CBC, CRC, IBC, IRC, and related building codes.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and a strong command of all Microsoft Office programs.
- Drafting System: Ability to work within an established drafting system to produce consistent results.
- Project Management: Capable of managing multiple projects at various stages of completion.
- Design Accuracy: Skill in working from design sketches and drawings to create accurate Revit/CAD drawings that maintain design intent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Drafting/Design Experience: Expertise in CAD drafting, residential design, architectural design, redlining, and design development.
- Construction Documents: Proven experience in creating construction documents.
- SketchUp: Familiarity with SketchUp is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
