Electrical Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Perform feasibility analysis of new product development (NPD) projects.
- Perform system design of new products, including FPGA design, schematic design, and layout.
- Develop and implement FPGA designs using Xilinx and Verilog, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Create detailed schematic designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee PCB layout design, ensuring efficient use of space and adherence to design specifications.
- Assemble and lead a multi-disciplined development team.
- Be responsible for the entire program, covering all aspects.
- Interface with internal customers (Production, Quality, Procurement) to drive program requirements.
- Establish, track, and drive program schedule and cost.
- Report program status clearly and concisely to customers and management.
- Motivate the development team, especially during long hours on late programs.
- Transition new products to production efficiently.
- Assist in initial product builds.
- Establish a personal time management system.
- Display a professional demeanor and dress when representing Bel to customers and suppliers.
- Mentor engineers and technicians.

- BSEE
- FPGA (Xilinx and Verilog strongly preferred)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
