Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team of engineers from various disciplines. The successful candidate will respond to the increasing demands associated with the production and sustainment of both standard and custom hardware designs to meet customer requirements. This role involves troubleshooting analog, digital, high voltage, and RF circuits down to the component level, interfacing directly with internal and external clients to explain failure modes, fault isolation, and maintenance procedures.
Responsibilities
- Work within a team of engineers from various disciplines.
- Respond to procurement, manufacturing, testing, and sustainment issues.
- Troubleshoot analog, digital, high voltage, and RF circuits down to the component level.
- Interface directly with internal and external clients to explain failure modes, fault isolation, and maintenance procedures.
- Identify, resolve, and reduce potential problems through continuous learning and self-teaching using engineering documentation and product manuals.
- Modify existing hardware designs.
- Translate system performance and operational specifications into hardware functional requirements.
- Achieve design, test, and verification requirements.
- Employ classic design techniques, power electronics knowledge, and hands-on laboratory skills.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in circuit design, power supply, analog, digital, modulators, wave tube amplifiers, and transmitters.
- Experience in the design and development of power supplies and control electronics.
- Knowledge of general purpose and laboratory test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, Volt/Ohm meters, power supplies, and pulse generators.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Willingness to work with a team of engineers for product development and sustainment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $62.00/hr.
