Electrical Project Manager - Hyperscale Data Center
Join our team to lead a $500 million Hyperscale Data Center project! We're seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to guide our construction team from pre-construction to project closeout, ensuring the best value for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Review and comment on electrical design drawings and specifications
- Assist in selecting MEP subcontractors and preparing RFPs
- Manage MEP pre-bid meetings and evaluate proposals
- Coordinate scopes, submittals, pricing, and manpower requirements
- Develop CPM schedules for electrical work
- Conduct site investigations and identify deficiencies
- Assist with project closeout and commissioning
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience with mechanical/electrical contractors or general contractors
- 2 years of MEP estimating experience
- Ability to read and understand electrical code compliance and constructability issues
- Strong communication skills for interacting with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, experience with REVIT, AutoCAD, estimating software, and construction management software
Travel:
- This is a travel position for our National Operating unit. GSA per diem rates and travel home every three weeks provided. Project duration could be 2 years.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
