Job Description

The Embedded Software Engineer will develop software in C across various phases of the product life cycle. The role involves working in a cleared environment and includes responsibilities such as designing, testing, debugging, and integrating software and low-level drivers for both communications and cyber security applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop software in C throughout the product life cycle.
• Design, test, debug, and integrate software and low-level drivers.
• Work on communications and cyber security applications.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in C
• Secret security clearance
• Experience with real-time operating systems
• Knowledge of VxWorks and Linux
• Experience with drivers

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Working knowledge of Matlab and/or Python

Work Environment

The Embedded Software Engineer will work in a cleared environment, designing, developing, producing, and integrating communication systems for the maritime industry.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
