- We are seeking a talented Embedded C Developer with experience in medical devices and proficiency in Microchip PIC microcontrollers to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for medical devices using C programming language.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, to integrate and test software on Microchip PIC microcontrollers.
- Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304).
- Perform software debugging, testing, and validation to ensure high reliability and performance.
- Document software design, development, and testing processes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in embedded systems and medical devices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in embedded software development using C, specifically for medical devices.
- Strong knowledge of Microchip PIC microcontrollers and their development tools.
- Familiarity with medical device regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304).
- Experience with software debugging, testing, and validation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Knowledge of wireless communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of hardware design and schematics.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
